Here, clients identify their money goals and get intentional with their money accordingly. From tackling debt, aligning your finances with your values and spouse, to planning ahead, my approach reduces your stress and grows your confidence.
The bank account is all over the place. You're stressed and thinking about this month's expenses, but at the same time somehow paralyzed at the thought of looking at all the numbers, let alone trying to budget.
And then there's the money talks. It's hard to communicate exactly what you're hoping for, but telling your family members you're "doing alright" (when you know you're not) or seeing your spouse shut down during every late-night attempt to revisit the finances has got you feeling a little desperate. You want to connect but don't want to make it any worse.
Maybe it's been awhile since you felt hopeful. Or, maybe you really are doing ok, but want to get more strategic and feel confident that you're doing the best you can with your finances.
After my husband and I went through a really rough patch in our marriage around finances and came out stronger than ever, I discovered that I not only enjoyed budgeting for our family, but found a lot of satisfaction in making our money work for us.
Eventually, that started to spill over into encouraging others with their money as well, and now I consider it a privilege to partner with clients as a financial coach.
I believe that all of our blessings come from the Lord, and that we each have the ability to manage our money well so that we can enjoy peace in this area, plan for the future, and ultimately bless others as well.
When I'm not coaching, I'm taking care of my family, maybe out in the garden, and probably left the latest crochet project somewhere.
